TD-Q7 radio will not connect to programmer The TDXOne TD-Q7 radio that we have for testing works with the USB-K4Y cable if you back the cable out of the mic jack just a little. You can even do this after you click OK until PC appears on the face of the radio. Then you know the connection is correct.
Don't worry about getting the Sp/Mic jack cover out of the way completely. It seems to help position the plug properly if it catches underneath the 2-pin connector. 02/03/2016
