Problems with Driver Signature Enforcement on Windows 7 x64.
Last Updated: 03/31/2016

In some versions of Windows 7 x64, we have been experiencing issues with verifying the digital signature on our drivers for the RT Systems USB cables.

This problem is an indication that you have not run updates for your operating system in a long time. The update for drivers was published by Microsoft in the Spring of 2015. To avoid other issues with programs or drivers, you might want to run updates for your Windows 7 system.

You can download a newer version of the drivers from the link below,

RTDriversWin7

Download and run this file for drivers that work on Windows 7 that has not had all updates applied.

If you continue to have issues, please contact Technical Support for further assistance.
