UV-3R Radio Programming

There will not be an RT Systems programmer for this radio. Changes to the radio's design over the years make it impossible to design; one programmer to address all the different models. Especially, the physical radio changed from a single-pin mic interface to a dual-pin pin. We will pass on this one for fear of having a large group of radio owners disappointed when the connection is wrong for their particular radio.
