USB-RTS05 Programming and Data Cable

Recently purchased a new radio and the RTsystems software and cable to program the radio. The cable that came with the software was defective. I called RTsystems and they immediately offered a replacement cable. The new cable arrived and worked flawlessly. This is the kind of customer service customers want. Thank you RTsystems.

ALL...(and there have been many) of my purchases have been great!!! My latest is for the Kenwood D74. The service is great and your software makes it easy to program a radio. One of these days I hope to coordinate a quick call on TeamViewer with you to try to fix the problem I'm having with my laptop on the software. I think what may be happening is I have deleted and re-installed the software and have a corruption somewhere. Maybe all was not deleted off the computer so I could start over. Overall a great product and software. Thanks much.
