Doesn't connect with TS-2000X November 2, 2018
Reviewer: Paul Bock from Leesburg, VA United States
Received package promptly, s/w loaded easily on Windows 10 PC.  When connected to  radio a "Incorrect Radio" error message is received.  Loaded s/w onto a Windows 7 laptop, again no problem loading/running s/w *BUT* error message received when hooked to radio: first error message was "Baudrate error", all since have said "Check USB Connection".

Sent email to customer service, received reply that said "Might be the cable" and then "Might be a difference between TS-2000 and TS-2000X, we're checking".  Nothing received since.

If it "Might be the cable" why haven't I been sent a repacement cable, that would quickly remove that possibility.  Re "differences" between TS-2000 & TS-2000X, that should be determined before developing & shipping product for a particular model.

I know your stuff is good, you have reviews to prove it, but disappointed that issue isn't being resolved better.

KRS-2000 Programming Kit November 1, 2018

Works great with one minor glitch.  The glitch is, if you have DTMF codes programmed in the radio and change them in the SW, the SW won't deletet any unwanted codes you already had programmed.  Other than that, workes great.  So easy to update the memories.

Great Product September 13, 2018
Reviewer: Michael Cobuccio from Mesa, Arizona United States
I have 3 versions of the product.  They all make programming and setting up memories much easier than if I had to do it manually on the radio front panel. Plus I have a backup of the settings in case I do a radio reset.

Overall satisfied with software, one thing that needs to be done is the odd splits do not come out right in the programmer. For now the owner of the radio has to manually use the radio dials and knobs to input the information into the radio. After rthat is done and you read the radio back to the programmer the information is still not displayed right
