The BAO-TP8Plus software helps you program the memory channel and menu setting details of the Baofeng TP-8Plus and TP8 Pro radios. Yes, this one programmer works for both models. 

The radio features are laid out in an easy-to-use computer interface. Defaults for memory channels are completed automatically: you need the frequency and tone to be on the air. Other settings are grouped by function, so you don't miss anything when setting up a new feature.
