RT-590 Radio Programming Software

We were able to break the encryption and now there is an RT Systems programmer for the Radtel RT-590 radio.  

The programmer helps you set up memory channels and other settings for the radio.  Links to external data and frequencies built into the programmer make finding the information you need to get on the air fast.
