Spreadsheet layout with many point and click options.
"Read" the current configuration from the radio for editing or start from scratch in a new file.
The programmer has copy and paste of memory channel information between files.
Column editing for changing several channels with minimal typing.
An easy interface to RFinder-Worldwide Repeater Directory, Radio Reference, or Repeater Book to get repeater information for your location, a travel route, or a vacation spot. Repeater details available for locations in and outside the US. (separate purchase or subscription may be required)
Other built-in frequency lists for easy memory channel entries (check File|External data in the programmer before you spend time on internet searches for frequencies. You may find just what you need!)
Ability to copy and paste spreadsheet or website data.
Much more than just memory channel programming with settings for other radio menu items.

Overall satisfied with software, one thing that needs to be done is the odd splits do not come out right in the programmer. For now the owner of the radio has to manually use the radio dials and knobs to input the information into the radio. After rthat is done and you read the radio back to the programmer the information is still not displayed right

Great Product

I have 3 versions of the product. They all make programming and setting up memories much easier than if I had to do it manually on the radio front panel. Plus I have a backup of the settings in case I do a radio reset.

Shipping

The experience all in all was good. However, the fact that parcel is still waiting to be picked up by Mail Innovations since the 19th of July is not acceptable. For some reason, shipping rates have exploded when shipping anywhere other than the 48. There should be no need for handling fees other than basic postage. This package should have been placed in a bubble wrap envelope and shipped U.S.P.S. ground. I'd have by now. We in Canada have to pay sales tax on items purchased from the U.S. UPS mail innovations will probably charge me not just for the taxes but also brokerage fees. This turns a $60 item into a $100 item. But this is my opinion. Thank you
