Am sorry I chose to buy direct from RT Systems.  Can not use my radio because I can not program it due to non delivery of product.

I installed from the supplied CD onto my Windows machine. The instructions were straightforward. If you've worked with Excel you'll feel at home with this app. If not, the instructions are clear and to the point. You can save new or updated versions to different filenames and reprogram your radio back to any previous version in a few minutes. It's obviously important to know how to program the radio from the keypad but this is much easier.

Don't play around inputting memory channel info - the use of this RT Systems program software guarantees perfect results.  Easy to use, with a wide range of things for your radio you may never thought you needed.  Like all the other RT systems software I'm using it's a five-star plus.  Well worth the money.
