My Account
How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
 

RT Systems Inc agrees to refund the purchase price of a programming kit not to exceed the MSRP of that product if after reasonable attempts, as evident through e-mail correspondence, phone calls to tech support and records of replacement items shipped to you, a given problem which began within 30 days of the original purchase, is not resolved. Only the latest major version of the RT Systems software will be considered as part of a kit for a return.

To be eligible for a refund, RT Systems USB cable must be in use. The Version 4 software works only with the RT Systems USB cable. Failure of the software from use of other cables does not qualify the software for a refund. The Programming kit must be returned at your expense to RT Systems Inc. in saleable condition with an RMA number. Contact RT Systems Tech Support for an RMA number.

Software and RT Systems USB cable that constitute the kit must be included for a full refund. Software from a kit is not eligible for return without the RT Systems USB cable specific to that kit.

Software delivered electronically is not eligible for a refund once the serial number has been retrieved.

Refunds are processed back to the original credit card. A cash refund cannot be processed for a credit card sale.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
